It’s always impossible not to feel a bit down sometimes. Here are some of my escapes and ways on reviving myself.
Go out, enjoy the sunshine.
Experience nature.
Go for a dog walk.
Run around in the rain, stamp in puddles.
Dance as if no one is watching.
Blast that favorite bad ass song.
Sing karaoke.
Smile in the mirror.
Scream at the top of your lungs.
Smile to strangers.
Run!!

I specially do that in the shower, before, during or after haha! Crazy as it sounds, but yeah,that’s how I lift my morning mood to start the day.
