How To Get Out Of Freaking Stress! – Day 29 of 100

Get enough sleep.

Drink water.

Spend time in nature.

Spend some time alone, take that ” me time”.

Take a deep breath. Meditate.

Acknowledge and validate your feelings.

Develop a daily routine and structure.

Move your body and eat in a way that honors it.

Engage in creative outlet.

Let it out. Shout it out!

Punch the air.

Say I love you, I love me. Just say it!

Throw some smile to strangers.
